CHAMBERS, ASSOCIATIONS AND NGOs

Give the organisations you represent a route that continues after the introduction.

A warm introduction is useful only if someone owns what happens next. Bring KyoLink one concrete need from a member or organisation you support. We first decide whether there is a credible Japan to Europe route. If there is, you make the introduction. The organisation then owns its requirement, while KyoLink carries the cross-border process from qualification to a written decision.

WHAT YOUR ORGANISATION GETS

Four things, and a directory is not one of them

A useful answer before an introduction

We tell you whether the member need appears to have a route worth pursuing, in writing, within five working days. You can ask for a route check before asking the member to make an introduction. If the member has not authorised you to identify it to KyoLink, leave the organisation unnamed.

A prepared cross-border process

If the member chooses to proceed, KyoLink qualifies the requirement, researches the relevant counterparties and prepares both sides, in each side's own language.

A role that remains visible

The organisation that brought the requirement does not disappear when delivery begins. You are told whether the route is moving, and you do not have to ask.

Evidence of whether the route works

Where the member permits it, you can see what happened to the requirement you introduced. At programme level, KyoLink can report aggregate results without exposing confidential member information.

WHOSE IS WHAT

The relationship stays yours

Whether the route is moving
Received, route or no route, introduction made, in an active process, closed. The organisation that opens the route is never left wondering whether it disappeared.
And what is not relayed by default
Counterparties, meetings, commercial terms and the member's own next steps. Confidential member detail remains the member's to share, and it is shared on the member's written instruction rather than on ours.
THE LIMITS

What cooperation does not buy

Not a partner badge
KyoLink does not publish the association or the member as a partner without separate written permission from each.
Not a channel for unrelated selling
KyoLink does not use the route to market unrelated services to the member.
Not paid referrals
KyoLink does not pay for member referrals. Your organisation provides a service to its member; KyoLink provides cross-border delivery. A referral fee would quietly make the member a product.
HOW IT WORKS

Start with one member, not a memorandum

01

Bring the need

Tell us what the organisation is trying to achieve. If it is too early to name the member, describe the requirement without naming them.

02

We assess the route

Within five working days, KyoLink tells you whether there appears to be a credible route and what would need to happen next.

03

You make the introduction

If the member wishes to proceed, you introduce KyoLink to the responsible person. We do not approach them ourselves.

04

The member owns the requirement

The member confirms the requirement and gives its own permissions. The association cannot do this on its behalf.

05

KyoLink carries the work

Qualification, counterpart research, preparation, introductions where both sides agree, written next steps and follow-through.

06

The result is recorded

At day ninety, the requirement receives the same outcome discipline as any other KyoLink requirement.

AFTER THE FIRST ROUTE

If one route works, then discuss a programme

We would rather prove the mechanism with one member than sign a memorandum about many. A memorandum commits two organisations to intend something. One completed route tells you whether this is worth doing at all, and it tells your member something more useful than either of us could promise in advance.

A continuing programme is a different conversation and it starts after that. How it is funded is agreed separately, once the first route has demonstrated that the model is useful.

One member need is enough to start

Describe it, with the constraint that makes it difficult. You will have a written answer within five working days, either way.
