THE METHOD

Seven steps, and a report at the end

Every engagement runs the same way, whether it starts at an event or by email. You state the requirement; we do the rest in the open and in writing.

THE SEVEN STEPS

From requirement to decision

01

Requirement

You describe what you need in one paragraph: the capability, the constraint and the deadline. We reply within five working days with whether we can help.

02

Qualification

We test the requirement against both ecosystems and tell you honestly if the answer is no, which is faster for both sides.

03

Shortlist

Two or three named organisations, each with the reason it is on the list and what it would want in return.

04

Consent

We ask both sides before any name is passed on. Nothing is shared without it.

05

Briefing

Both sides receive the same written brief before they meet, so the first meeting starts from the same facts.

06

Introduction

By name, with a subject, and with the next step agreed in the room.

07

Ninety days

We come back to both sides, record what happened, classify the outcome and report it. A no is recorded as clearly as a yes.

WHAT IT COSTS

What is free and what is not

Stating a requirement and receiving our answer is free, with no obligation. If the answer is that Bulgaria or Japan is the wrong place for what you are doing, we will say so.

Membership buys delivery capacity: one requirement a year sourced and briefed, a session built around it, and a quarterly review with a named KyoLink owner.
