The requirement is qualified and counterparties are researchedWe come back to you with two or three names and the reasoning, not a long list.
Before a meeting
Both sides receive a written briefingThe same facts, in each side's language, so nobody is improvising a translation of your business.
After the meeting
Both sides receive the same written next stepsWho does what, by when. One document, agreed, not two different recollections.
Day 90
The outcome is classified and recordedIncluding when the answer is that it did not work. You find out where you stand on a date fixed at the start.
